This Privacy Policy explains how CrendoLoop Team (“CrendoLoop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the CrendoLoop mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Information You Provide

- Customer support: messages and content you send us (and attachments you choose to provide).
- Training content: workout projects, durations, sets, notes, and other entries you store in the app.

- Device information: device model, OS/app version, language, time zone, diagnostic identifiers.
- Usage statistics: interactions with features, performance metrics, aggregated analytics.
- Crash logs: error reports and diagnostics for stability and troubleshooting.
Location (With Permission)
If you allow location access, we may collect precise or approximate location information as permitted by your device settings. You can revoke permission at any time via your device settings.
Photos / Camera (With Permission)
If you choose to provide photos or use your camera (where available), we process images only for the feature you requested. We do not perform face recognition and do not create biometric identifiers or profiles.

If the Service includes web-based components (such as a website, web views, or embedded web content), we (and our service providers) may use cookies or similar technologies (and may include web beacons) to keep you logged in, remember preferences, improve security, and understand usage of the web component.

- You control uploads: you decide whether to upload text or images for processing.
- Processed on our servers: uploaded content is processed only on CrendoLoop’s own servers.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share uploaded content with third parties.
- No training/marketing: we do not use uploaded content to train third-party models or for marketing.
- Prompt deletion: uploaded content is deleted promptly after processing, except where required by law or for security/abuse handling.
How We Share Information
- With your consent.
- With service providers acting as processors under contractual obligations (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting, support tooling).
- For legal compliance and lawful requests.
- To protect rights and safety, enforce terms, and prevent fraud or security incidents.

No system is 100% secure. Protect your account credentials.

- Account data: retained for the life of your account.
- Account deletion: deletion/anonymization within 30 days (subject to legal/security needs).
- Usage analytics: up to 12 months (often aggregated or de-identified where feasible).
- Support content: up to 6 months after resolution (unless required longer by law/security).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information, and to withdraw consent where applicable.
